I reached out to Marlene looking for help with the struggles I have encountered with menopause and general well being.
Attentively listening, Marlene gave me tools to begin my day with such as deep breathing exercises to calm the vagus nerve and words of gratitude. She recommended supplements to help with sleep, ones to avoid (vitamin D before bed!) and ones to lift your mood. Also offering alternatives to gluten (I'm intolerant) .... who knew that there were so many options out there!
It's baby steps to start, and I look forward to seeing the positive changes while I build this practice while we continue working together.
